The 15.8 Qt and 53 Qt models are our Professional Pressure Cookers, while the 26 Qt model comes with a silicone gasket. All models feature a pressure regulator valve to ensure safe operation.

The aluminum lid knob is available for the 15.8 Qt, 26 Qt, and 53 Qt pressure cookers, providing a durable and reliable way to open and close the lid.
