The EZLock pressure cooker is the pinnacle of our product lineup, designed with the latest innovation – an automatic universal self-locking mechanism that ensures the utmost ease of use. The lid needs no alignment as you can lock it in place at any position on the pressure cooker pot. Complete with two pressure settings (High and Low), it provides the flexibility to cook even the most delicate dishes.

Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, the EZLock Pressure Cooker comes in four sizes to accommodate a variety of cooking needs. The 6-quart model serves 4 people, making it a perfect stockpot size for easy dinners. The 8-quart version, with a wider 10-inch diameter, serves 6 people and is best suited for meal prep. The 10-quart size, also with a 10-inch diameter, serves 8 people and is perfect for large cuts of meat. The largest 12.7-quart model, with an 11-inch diameter, serves 10 people and is the best unit for pressure canning.

The universal locking system ensures that the lid will not open with pressure inside, and a safety vent helps release excess pressure, making the EZLock Pressure Cooker both safe and secure. The turn-to-lock knob allows you to lock the lid into place at any position on the pot, without the need for alignment. The pressure regulator knob has four positions: High Pressure (15 psi), Low Pressure (10 psi), Release, and Clean. The red pressure indicator will rise when pressure has been reached and go back down when pressure has been released.

The EZLock Pressure Cooker prepares food 3 times faster than traditional cooking methods, saving you time and energy in the kitchen while producing a more flavorful and nutritious meal. The 12.7-quart model is the largest Zavor pressure cooker, comfortably fitting four 1-quart jars for pressure canning at home.
